Subscription and Payments

  • Qubit Card provides digital vCard services on a subscription basis.
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.
  • By purchasing a subscription, You agree to our Terms and Conditions and this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellation will stop future renewals. However, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Once canceled, your account and digital vCards may be deactivated after the billing period ends.

Refund Policy

Since our Service provides digital and non-tangible products, we generally do not offer refunds after the subscription is purchased.

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
  2. Incorrect billing caused by a system issue.
  3. Service not delivered after successful payment (e.g., account not activated).

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.


No Refund Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Unused subscription period.
  • Inability to use the Service due to issues not related to Qubit Card (e.g., internet connectivity, device compatibility).
  • Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension or termination.
